Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SAI Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Shiloh (the “Service”), our church operations application for facilities, purchasing, scheduling, and related administrative work.
Shiloh is provided to members and staff of organizations that subscribe to the Service. Your organization administers your account and its data. If you use Shiloh through your church or employer, that organization's own policies may also apply.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, role, and reporting relationships, provided by you or your organization's administrator.
- Content you create — maintenance tasks and photos, purchase requests and receipts, calendar and room details, time‑off requests, workspace documents, and items you store in secure vaults.
- Device and notification data — a push notification token and platform, if you enable notifications, so we can alert you about approvals and requests.
- Usage and log data — basic technical information such as sign‑in events and error logs, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
You may choose to grant camera and photo library access so you can attach photos to maintenance tasks. Photos are used only for that purpose. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features.
- To route approvals and send notifications you have enabled.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To provide support and communicate with you about the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
How information is shared
- Within your organization — content is visible to authorized members of your organization according to their roles and permissions.
- Service providers — we use trusted vendors for hosting, storage, email, and notification delivery, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. Items stored in secure vaults are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When your organization deletes your account or its data, we delete or de‑identify the associated information, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account information through your organization's administrator.
- Turn notifications on or off in the app or your device settings.
- Manage camera and photo access in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
Shiloh is intended for staff and volunteers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
